About our Adult Wellbeing Group

Our 'forest school for adults' group aims to support those who are experiencing mental health problems, social isolation or just struggling to be human right now. We run every Monday 10.30 - 2.30 at our beautiful, partially wooded site at Vallis Veg.  We offer drinks and biscuits and a seasonal lunch prepared and cooked communally on the campfire. There is the opportunity to engage in horticulture and site management work, foraging, natural crafts and bushcraft activities.  Enjoy sitting in a hammock and listening to the birds sing and meet like minded people in a supportive environment.
